Chair Yoga / Yoga Nidra

A gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting in a chair, or standing using a chair for support. This class gives a good workout for beginners and people recovering from injuries.  Followed by Yoga Nidra.  Yoga Nidra is an extended Savasana, a guided meditation to help you relax more deeply and fully, while remaining awake.
