Warm Vinyasa

Vinyasa Yoga is linking powerful breath with dynamic, flowing movements and Hatha poses.  generally you should have some yoga experience, as it is a faster paced class. Done in a 90-95F warm heat.  These poses help to increase strength and flexibility while helping the body detoxify.
